聘牧條件 Requirements for Pastoral Calling

•有清楚神的呼召, 全職牧養教會。

•Clear Understanding of God’s calling to shepherd the church full time.

•和長老們帶領教會同工們服事中英文部屬靈聖工 (教導,崇拜,團契關懷,

宣教 等)

•Being able to work with the elders in leading the co-workers for the Mandarin and English congregations in spiritual ministries (education, worship, fellowship/caring, mission, &c.)

•參與長老會 ,長執會配搭服事

•Being able to participate in and cooperate with the elder board and the elder/deacon board

•對福音派基要信仰和教義立場都 能遵守並 對四家的會章組織能認同

•Being able to follow with the fundamental beliefs and evangelical positions and agree with HOC4’s bylaws, organizing principles and traditions.

•有神學院碩士以上學位, 中英文流利

•Possessing a Master’s (or equivalent or higher) degree from seminary, and being fluent in both English and Mandarin.

•牧會三年以上

•Having at least three years of experience in pastoring
