Hiring an English-Congregation Counselor/Pastor

· 清楚明白神的呼召，有服事的熱忱

· 一年以上的牧養經驗

· 能講道及教主日學

· 有領導能力，團隊精神

· 能以聖經原則教導基督徒面對生活，工作中的挑戰

· Clearly understands God’s calling and has a passion to serve God’s people

· Minimum of one year of youth counselor/pastoral experience

· Ability to preach and teach Sunday School effectively

· Possess leadership skills and ability to build a team

· Able to use Biblical principles to help the congregation face the challenges of life and work
